Refund Policy
Enfora offers refunds under the following conditions:
- Full refunds may be requested within 0–20 days of purchase.
- Refund eligibility applies only if less than 30% of the course audio content has been completed.
- If a user has completed 30% or more of the course audio content, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our admin channel (support page).
Enfora reserves the right to review and process refund requests in accordance with this policy.
